In my capacity as a visual art teacher & artist I have had many opportunities to work with community partners and artists. I have lead & collaborated on projects large & small. At times I have been project coordinator, collaborator, mentor, technical adviser, curator, liaison, editor, volunteer and artist.
I was selected as one of 14 artist asked to design independent murals, part of Sunflower Lane for the new Lakeview Village in South East Mississauga. This art installation was organised by Lakeview Community Partners and Artscape, summer 2020

Bell Box Mural Project, Ward 3, New Toronto, in collaboration with Lakeshore Arts. Wondering what all the hands are doing? They relate to the industrial past of the New Toronto neighbourhood. I wanted to represent the people, collaboration and cooperation that made it all possible.
Cygnet’s Dream, part of Womxn Paint2021, North Etobicoke is based upon a personal retelling of the well known tale The Ugly Duckling. The Cygnet’s Dream celebrates inner strength, humanity’s relationship with the natural world and visualizes the important role community plays in the growth and well being of its community members.
Winner of the Design contest for a collaborative project with Stonehooker Brewing Company, Fairgrounds Coffee Roasters and community members. This project was sponsored by Lakeview Community Partners and Mississauga Arts Council with proceeds going to charity.

I was the teacher adviser for the Celebrating the LGBTTIQA2S Community picnic table on the west bank of Memorial Park, Port Credit . I collaborated with City of Mississauga Ward 1 Office, Parks and Forestry, PDSB and Community Advocacy Groups.
I was the teacher adviser for the Accumulative Feet Walk the Path of the Beat mural, Port Credit Marina. I coordinated with Heritage Mississauga, City of Mississauga Ward 1 office, and Park and Forestry.
I was the teacher adviser for the three Century of Heroism Aviation murals , SAIB. I coordinated with Heritage Mississauga, City of Mississauga Ward 1 office, and Park and Forestry.
I was the teacher and technical adviser for a student designed Youth Gambling Awareness Program public service announcement bus shelter advertisement. I collaborated with YGAP staff.
I was one of the teacher adviser for a community artist lead multi-panel mural installed on the east side of La Villa Bakery, Port Credit. I coordinated with a community artists and the City of Mississauga Ward 1 Office.
I was the teacher and technical adviser for the Grandfather Teachings picnic tables that were located on the west bank of Memorial Park, Port credit . I coordinated with the City of Mississauga and Park and Forestry staff.
I was the teacher and technical adviser for two student designed park benches and graphic cans installed in AE Crooks park. I coordinated with City of Mississauga Ward 1 and Parks and Forestry.

I provided feedback to illustrator and author for purpose of review and revisions
pre-publishing for multiple Howard B Wigglebottom Children' books.
I enjoy connecting young artists to gallery exhibition opportunities in their communities, including, but not limited to, PDSB Walk the Art and Gallery 44 Camera Links.
